The FY25 state budget invests more than $1.5 billion in high-quality early education and care by: sustaining C3 grants at $475 million, and funding workforce development, preschool expansion (CPPI), child care waitlist reduction, child care affordability, Head Start, and more.

This funding continues our progress in building a high-quality early education system for young children, families, educators, and communities.
